Writers as readers...

1. What I need for me to be able to read a book is a place that is quite, and I have to be awake, if I'm the slightest bit tired I will fall asleep or not know one word of what I read was.

13. I doubt I will ever write a book of my own. Because for one I can maybe write three pages top within one day, and after my hand kills me. So no I don’t plan on writing a book.

12. I do think somebody who does read a lot of books would be good at writing a book of their own. Because, it means that they are good at understanding books and they like books. Which both are things I am not good at. I do think we pick up some of our knowledge from reading book, or articles. So I do believe that is true.

7. The first book I remember reading was some book about dreaming, and my mom read it to me every night before I went to bed when I was about five years old. I am not for sure why that book stands out in my memory, but it does. I even think I still have that same book in my closet somewhere.

6. I believe my first reading teacher was Mrs. Moutainjoy. I don’t know why but out of all of my teachers, I remember her the most. And she was my kindergarten teacher. She was a teacher in Nixa.
